Our Experience and Your Vision Welcome to IOL Stewardship Services. It is truly a privilege to bring together our years of experience in ministry development with your ministry vision to expand God's Kingdom. The Institute for Organizational Leadership was launched in 1993 to help local churches improve their organizational effectiveness. Our initial services included strategic planning, organizational development, and executive coaching, and we quickly established a wide range of clients in the US and abroad. It wasn't long until we began receiving requests from our fastest growing clients to assist them with fund raising and stewardship initiatives. It was out of these requests that IOL Stewardship Services was born. From the outset, our goal was to design a capital stewardship model that would allow Christian ministries to fulfill their God-given vision. God has been very gracious in helping develop a model that has helped countless numbers of churches and church leaders raise funds and expand their ministries. IOL Stewardship Services is committed to Christ and the local church. We believe that the local church is God's primary means of reaching the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We also believe that successful stewardship campaigns are the direct result of a spiritual partnership between the local church and the consulting group. As we prepare to work together, I give you my promise that we will do everything possible to see that your campaign is honoring to God and inspiring to those who participate.
